Hey, I have some pretty major question! Please help me out as much as you can!

2001 Ford ranger
2wd

1.How much would a complete 6 inch suspension cost me from fabtech?
2.Is there anything extra that is a must buy to run a suspension lift?
3.Is it cheaper to run a body lift? and can i get 6 to 8 inches on a body lift?
4.Any help on my ford ranger would be greatly apretiated. This is my first truck and i want to do it right!

best bang for your buck might be a 3 inch body lift, about $100 or so. and combine that with a 2-4 inch suspension lift. not sure of the cost, but i am sure it will be considerably less than an 8 inch suspension lift. in fact, i'm betting you could do both body lift and small suspension lift for less than an 8 inch suspension lift. check here in the parts forum as well as Summit Racing, FabTech and other sites for prices.
on the big suspension lifts there are always things that you need to add such as: alignment, shocks, etc. and plan on new rear gears if you'll be getting tires big enough to fill the wheel wells. and while you're in the rear pumpkin, might as well drop in a good locker. knowing what engine and transmission you have would help. and also it's intended purpose. good luck with your build,
and Welcome to TRS!!

It all depends on how you are gonna use your truck. Like stated above a smaller lift along with the body lift will cut out alot of the extras you will need to buy or at least less expensive one for example big lifts require extended brake likes that will cost about $100 where a smaller lift like 2-3 stock can work but if you will be flexing it out alot you can go with lines off a f350 and have them for $20-$30. The bigger you go the amount of money needed to spend will go up alot
