need some advice

looking to start a online store called " Ranger Danger Customs", just for a part time thing, was thinking of having mostly used parts so that i can offer them for cheap, because i hate spending alot for parts to. so im looking for some advice to make it good (what kinda stuff you would like to see on there. ect.) its not only going to be a store, its gonna be a club site to.
just though id check with my board of trustees. lol

eh, not exactly, maybe every once and a while, i have alot of buddies that buy stuff, then a week or two later get somthing better, then they give it to me for next to nothing, ( like i have a whole box full of off road lights some never used still in boxxes).

Oh ok I see. I just don't see why you don't try and sell it here then. Quite a bit of traffic on this website. Not trying to crush your idea i would definitely check out the site and maybe if the price is right on the right item buy, but selling on here seems like the easiest fastest and best idea for that IMO.

i also thought about getting parts (valve covers ect.) and doing custom paint jobs on them. id kinda like to start a thing with Ranger Danger Customs, get people to spread the name, and start a nation wide thing with it! then one day organize an event, i know im kinda gettin a head of myself but,

I wouldnt do an offroad store just yet. I would do maybe a buncha craigslist and see how the market for this stuff is. If you find yourself posting too many CL ads then move to Ebay store. and so on

Custom valve covers sound sweet. I'm going to paint mine when I do my roller rockers, but just don't have the money yet.

i got a good set out of my 88, theyre sweet but i dont use her anymore, you can also have the body lift from her lol if u werent so far away

I have decided to give it a shot, but im gonna just move slow on it, it will be a while before its ready to go, i started working on it last night a little, since im using a free host site at the moment, i am going to have orders placed by e-mail of phone. i will except paypla, or check/money order. another idea i had was making custom switch panels. i have alot of thin metal sheets, not sure exactly what it is, but works great made a panel out of it for my 88.
