air chisel at 170 psi has never let me down in that situation but looks like if you throw some heat at that(might need to get a new bj boot) and keep doing what your doing should work, they can be stuborn.
did you already remove the nut on the lower bj?
i'd apply some heat and get a big hammer. maybe try knocking out the knuckle first, then work on the cam adjuster.. either way, heat should help. to avoid these situations, you would apply anti-seize on the cam adjuster during installation, fyi.
Going to wreck more than what you want doing it that way.
The upper cam is attatched to the balljoint via a taper.
Your best to mark what is left of the cam in relation to the top of the beam. Disassemble the side, like pull the axle shaft out. You can then remove the lower BJ nut and take the knuckle off. This will be the only way to get an old cam out. Not the way you are going about it.
