Hey guys, need some help....

I put a lift in my truck about 7 years ago and used those stupid hard rubber pucks under my TTB front springs. Problem is now they are squooshed and cracking and I'm afraid the spring will slide off of it. I need to fab two up out of steel but I need to get the measurements off of them. Not so much the height because I know what I need there but I need the diameter and where the spring sits as well as the bolt hole. I know what your all gonna say, "take it of and measure it" but it is my DD and my only transpo right now. I'm going to make them and work and take them home to swap them out all at once.

any help would be greatly appreciated a photo would be cool too.

Thanks.

I found that 1 1/4" washers have a 1 3/8" hole in the middle, I had work call into our fastener supplier and ask for some 1 3/8" washers and they were super expensive with really large holes and they didn't have any but they did have a WHOLE BUNCH of 1 1/4" washers with 1 3/8" holes in bare steel 1/8" thick for like $.25 each...

Re-opening this thread to fill in what I found .....

Started out with the crappy rubber lift pucks or perch lifts (whatever you prefer). After 8 years, they are whooped! :

Ripped it down to see how much stud is there to put my new block on. Stud measures about 3 inches which means I can go 2 1/2" and have room to get the nut back on there with a few threads to spare:

Now the width of the block or puck for me needs to be at least 3 1/2" but lets say 4" to call it safe (I am using fullsize bronco/F-150 springs, ranger springs may differ) I went with 3 ½” just because that’s the blanks I had available:

Underside of the puck needs to have clearance of 1 1/2" by 1/4" deep to fit over the hex nut on the bottom of the stud an onto the little circular flat plate:

Here’s a shot of it installed:

Bonus* I originally had the top of my spring held in with a wimpy little 1” conduit clamp. I found this exhaust flange in my spare parts pile and figure it’d be a good Beefy spring keeper!:
