My engine seized 2days ago...have a 2003 xlt with a 3.0, 2wd...What motors can I use to replace? That will bolt to trans, don't have to replace wiring harness? Where can I find them?

Well, with those requirements you are pretty much left with another 3.0.

I would either get a Ford reman or head to Harry's, depending on your budget.
