Need Info On 2.3 Valves

Was Wondering Whether The Valves In A 4 Spark Plug Head " Pre 1989 " Has The Same Valves In A 8 Spark Plug Head In The 2.3 SOHC

i need to know whether or not i can use the same valves from a 8 spark plug head in my 4 spark plug head.

post any info please, asap

You will need to have an 83 to 94 head to match the valves...even with the difference in number of plugs...but you can look through the specs to determine what will work...you can also consider simply plopping the whole head on...96 were apparently good (better) flowing heads but that may be due partially to the intake used
