need help

i did 4.0 swap from a 95 explorer put the tranny tcase etc put on 8.8 rear end dana 35 on front etc in 2 my 84 bronco ii

my prob is i have no speedo/ tranny didnt wanna shift i replaced the vss still had same prob so i replaced the gem tranny was fixed still no speedo i check the wires for the speedo i get ohms there if i jack up rear end and put it in drive i get ac volts at the dash so i took the speedo from a 96 ranger and put it in still no speedo could it be both was bad or is there something esle it could be

my problem was the gear in the t/case that the vss gear rode. it was wore down. other than that idk.. i'll look into it some and see if i can think of anything
