I have a 2004 Ford Ranger 4.0 my temperature gauge don’t work it stay below 0 and I Change the sensor and the sender and thermostat and it didn’t work what can it be

Have you tried grounding the gauge to test the gauge itself? Ground at sender first then at the back of cluster if the gauge doesnt move by grounding the wire.

Yes I mean test the gauge itself. This is done by grounding the gauge to force it to move.

Start by grounding the wire under the hood for the sender. This should make the gauge move. If it doesnt you will need to remove the gauge cluster and using a wire diagram find the temp wire and ground it at the back of the cluster. This will tell you if it is gauge or wiring issue.

Removal of the gauge cluster procedure will depend on the year and most repair manuals will help with that plus give you the wiring diagram you will need.

Usually located just before the thermostat on the engine block. There should be 2 different units. One fore the gauge called the sender and a second for the computer called a sensor. The one for the guage usually has just one wire connected to it.
