Need help with possible missing suspension part

Hello - I have owned this truck for about 6 months. There are no issues with the front suspension but I saw this arm (control arm?) and it is not connected to anything. I can't imagine this is normal. This is from the drivers side on a RWD model. I noticed this while spraying Fluid Film on the frame and the truck which is the oily looking spots.

Is this supposed to be attached to anything else?

That us the anti-sway bar. There is a link missing that ties it to the lower (I'm pretty sure) control arm. Should be connected the same way on both sides of the truck.
