Need help with idle

Just finished the engine swap and got the truck running but it idles at 2k. The butterfly on the TB closes all the way and I've already checked for vacuum leaks. Is there a way to turn the idle down myself? Thanks in advance. BTW it's a 94 Ranger and the engine swapped in should be the same year, but I'm not 100% sure.

Edit: The harness I'm using doesn't have EGR connections but I have the EGR stuff hooked up. Could that be the problem?

There seems to be an air leak into the system somewhere.. Did you allow it to get to operating temperture?

No I didn't because my radiator was leaking and didn't want it to get worse. I'll replace the rad and let the engine reach op. temp
