Hey guys! Ive been familiar with this site for a little while now and finally made myself an accout!
Anyways ive got a question about a coolant leak. I have a 91 ranger 2.3l 4cyl standard cab short bed with a 5-speed. About this coolant leak, ive replaced water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing and a few hoses. Still have the damn leak..
its a steady small drizzle stream. It leaks before I even start it, when im pouring it in and just before the radiator is full it starts leaking. looks like it is coming from just above the waterpump but just below the thermo housing which is where the head and block meet. Could this be a head gasket? its throwing me off because there is no coolant in the oil or anything and you would think if it was a head gasket that the system would have to be pressurized to leak a steady small stream? but please any help or opinions would be greatly apprieciated. let me know if I left anything out. Thanks!!!
