ok so im trying to replace the factory rubber cab mounts and the bolt in the passenger rear of the cab is being very stubborn everything is undone and the bolt will NOT come out it will spin wiggle side to side but wont come out right now i have a 4 ton jack from the ground to the end of the bolt trying to force it out and it lifted the whole cab up i even tried jumping on the rocker pannel and it didnt budge FYI im 300lbs that should jar something loose. ANY IDEAS??? :icon_confused:

are you saying that the bolt turns with the bushing? If so, you need weight on the bushing/washer combo. Let the cab down on it and try again. There should be a hex nut on the bottom of the bushing/washer.

If you mean that the bushing/washer combo will not separate, put the bolt in the bushing from the bottom (only enough to cover the threads), get a punch and pound it out from the top. The two pieces of bushing/washer are put together with an expanded fit to each other so they won't separate on their own.

i got it out there was a sleeve around the bolt that had dirt and rust packed in there so the bolt was stuck i jacked the cab up and took the rubber out and cut a slit up the side of the sleeve and pryed it apart banged it around and the bolt came right out. new bushing kit comes with the sleeve part made into it so the old one is trash any way hopes this helps everyone that comes along this proplem
