I just bought my first 94 Ford Ranger 6cyl 3.0l automatic. I'm doing a tune up. I have never done a tune up and I need some gydance. I bought the distributer cap, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and fuel filter. I don't know where the fuel filter is located. I am also doing a oil change and need to know where the oil plug is located. Any help or pics would be muchly apperciated.
Thanks

Check all the fluids, maybe even change the fluid and filter for the tranny. Just look things over and see what looks like it may need replaced.

As far as the spark plugs and wires, that's just remove and replace. Just pay attention to where the spark plug wires are and replace one at a time. You'll be fine there. Same for the cap and rotor too!

I believe your oil drain plug is right on the oil pan on the underside of the engine. I think it's a 5/8" bolt.

Your fuel filter is located along the drivers side framerail right under the drivers side door.
