Need help!!! Wiring issue

To start off i have a 2001 ranger 4x4 i was using the 12v power supply with a converter. i turned the converter on and it blew the fuse. i chaged the fuse and didnt try to use it again. after the fuse blew i started to notice things were not working. the issues are turn signals dont work, cruise control doesnt work, the 4x4 selector, and the a/c compressor doesnt cut on but the fan stll runs. i have checked all fuses and for good connections at all compnents. any ideas would be great

I'd recheck your fuses first Hogan. I went through the wiring diagrams and everything you have that is NOT working shares fuse #10 in the interior fuse panel in some way.
