Good evening. Today I went home pretty victorious after a long day under my truck.
But lets get straight to it.
My truck's hydraulic line to the slave cylinder popped out when I was driving. I tried putting it back in the slave cylinder but for some reason. The Clutch pedal was very. i mean. VERY soft. But it was enough for the truck to start and I had my brother "Rodeo" it home (riding the transmission without the clutch). once it got there. I left it standing for a week until i had time to work on it. and so these past 2 days it was my time to work on it.
I pulled out the transmission. I expected the slave cylinder to be broken or so. I was pretty fed up so i replaced both master and slave cylinder. I looked at the clutch itself. It looks pretty good. so I put the transmission back in.
, plugged the hydraulic line back in. now the clutch pedal feels nice. everything looked pretty good. and so I tried starting it.
*No Start, No crank*
that killed my mood. now.
My battery is good. obviously, the truck has power. I checked the starter. It looks good. now it was unusual problem solving.
I checked the "clutch safety switch" and it looks okay. just plastic with a connecter.
But after checking the possible culprit, i didnt noticed, but The transmission doesnt go into gear.
before the problem started. it used to go into first, second (my ebrake), third without hassle. Could i have two separate problems or just one?.
I know i have to do more research, this is my reach for help, any help would be appreciate, minds and thoughts will really help. Thankyou all and have a good week.
