If you drop the bike, leaning it back up is the least of your worries. If laying it on its side is such a worry get some damn training wheels........
But really, if the bike has any value sell it and get something smaller. If fuel economy is the main concern finding something just powerful enough to carry you around is all you need. My idea is to get a 250-400cc enduro bike. I don't want speed or luxury, just something to ride for 50 mpg.
WTF dude? I know they are huge chunks of steel, but I can't think of many bikes that weigh that much more than me, and I am not a big guy.
really? my buddy's bike weighs ~600lbs, im 6'3, 220lbs, 600/220 = 2.73, or almost triple my weight, its not a small bike but it isnt huge either, and alot of people are smaller than me, shit goldwings weigh close to ahalf ton iirc
