Need help routing heater core hoses

I need help routing heater core housing there a black splitter on the heater core hose and i dont know what to put on the little house spot on splitter,
will provide pictures does a hose come from the hose coming from under intake

The hose on the drivers side, from under the intake is the PCV vent hose. It has the PCV valve pushed into either hose, and the little plastic thing that comes with some PCV valves is not needed nor used.
If you have a tee on the passenger side, with a 1/4" or 3/8" hose, it goes around the back end of the cam cover, and forward on the drivers side to the bottom of the intake manifold. It carries hot coolant used to heat the floor of the intake and help fuel atomization.

Your sentences are confusing, especially the last one.
