need help please new here

hey everyone im new here. i need some help pretty bad. i have a 94 ranger 2.3 5 speed. my problem is sometimes it will start and sometimes it wont. especially after i drive it a while and park it and let it sit a while. i thought it may be the icm but i have replaced it and it still is doing it. i have also noticed that when it wont start i cant hear the fuel pump kickin on. ive changed the relay for it but it still is doing it. any help would be greatly appreciated its frustrating me badly

Next time it does that put the throttle wide open and try and start it. Let off obviously if it does start. Check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail and see what it reads too.

okay i will try. as far as the fpr i unhooked the vaccum line off the top and it kept runnin and nothin really happend is this normal?
