need help or more of answers i think it will work but want oppinion

alright here my deal i have 94 ford ranger 2wd 3.0 auto with four inch thought it would help with fishing holes but 3.o and highway gears it aint cutting it. so today i buy a 93 4.o 5 speed 4x4 its got suspension and body lift and i love the way it sits. it has electric t case . body is rough not too bad but needs work . what my question is to yal can i swap bodies and just swap harnesses and comuters . and pretty sure my 2wd doesnt have a harness for push button so do i need a manual t case to fix this . i have good body on my truck and would like to use it if at all possible and i know the clusters have chips labeled with engine liter does this also have to be changed . looking for some help thanks for all yal . yal been here in past hopefully you can help me with my next challenge cant figure out how to post pics lol
