Need help identifying a part

Ok. So when I did my clutch obviously I removed my shifter. In doing so I found a rubber grommet or bushing below that plate that needs replaced. What's it called? I believe it sets right on top of that deally mo flotcher. Lol. I'm sorry guys I'm new at all this and not too smart

Know what. I think someone rigged mine or something. It looks the same except I am missing one thing and have an extra something else. Lol. I can't find the exact to match mine but all the kits look the same.
