Need help...Front end clunk when reversing and turning

2wd torsion bar front suspension. I replaced upper control arms in Jan along with tie rod ends. Sway bar end links were replaced about 2 years ago and are fine, i replaced lower control arm ball joints a week ago. I did jack it up to cjeck for play in tie rods and there is none but if i push down on truck on driver side there is a creeking noise and clunk when reversing and turning wheels to the right.
