okay guys i know this one has prolly been discussed before but i wanna know if the pioneers that are lke 60 will be good enough to hld up for me. i really blast my music with my new head unit. and i blew all my speakers but the back ones arent as bad as the front. the front dont even work anymore. :D i dont wanna spend alot of money for them i just want some that arent to expensive but will hold up to my music all the way up with alot of bass.

youll have to be a little more specific. pioneer makes a lot of speakers.

what deck to you have? what is the peak power rating per channel? you should get a speaker with the same or higher peak rating as your head unit.

if you want a good sound system, ditch the pioneer and buy a good alpine use an amp and speakers with the rotating tweeders.

okay guys thanks im gonna go and buy them asap. im not really looking to put a system in my truck just yet cuz i need the room to pick my freinds up and stuff to take them wheeling eventually i will be putting one in. but when i do im prolly getting 2 10 in jackhammer subs and a 1000 watt amp.

i hope your joking about the jackhammers. before you get around to installing a big system, spend some time over at diyma.com. theres lots of knowledge over there and they have a great classified section.

okay i will do but the only reason i was gonna get them is cuz i can get everything i need for my system like amp, subs, boxes and components for like under 300.

remember, you get what you pay for. you can make some cheap subs get really loud. its just that the quality will lack.
