wassup! ok so for 3 weeks i have poured over these forums and other websites looking for an answer to the same question. it seems to me that if you wanna jack up a 1998+ ranger, you have 3 options.

1. get lift kit which STARTS at 2000$ and gets quite expensive.

2. get a Solid front axle setup. Which is even more expensive unless your a decent hand at metal fabrication.

3. get a 200$ body lift kit, 300$ fender cut outs and 35` tires with a torsion crank and some shakles in the rear. this option is ugly and not very effective for wheelin, but hey its cheap...

and remember you still need to get brake cables and some other basic stuff no matter what you do.

kinda makes u wanna trade it in for a toyota ya kno?
