I don't know what's wrong but I'm having an issue with the way the engine runs. It seems to idle fine but there is a loud clacking sound under accleleration and there is A LOT of blowby coming through the oil dipstick tube and the PVC valve hole.

There appears to be way to much crankcase pressure. Can someone please help. Thanks.

Update!!!

I just found out that I had plug wires #1 and #2 crossed on the exhaust side so I fixed those up. Will that cause excessive pressure? Wierd!

I also tried running the motor with the 2.5 brain but the motor would'nt idle right. That could be becuase I have the whole PCV valve assembly off right now though.

I'm going back out right now to reconnect the PCV valve assembly and try to restart her with the 2.3 computer.

Seems like I've got it figured out. It's always the little things that seem to give you the most trouble.

I ended up fixing the crossed plug wires, using the older 2.3 wiring harness with the 2.3 computer, and taking out the PCV valve assembly to blow it out with my compressor.

She seems to be running like a champ now, but I have to get ready to go to work. I'm like 6hrs or so late.......DAMN!!
