need help 94 ranger.

Ok so i bought a 94 splash ranger a few months ago. Make a long story short had to replace passenger side head, valves, alternator, battery, wires plugs, drag link.. All within the first week. Now i have a check engine code and i believe its a 02 sensor but when i take it to get read it wont pulll codes. Sometime when i turn my signal on it works but the light inside dont. I ran a ground wire from the manifold to the neg on the battery. What else should i do to be able to pull a code.

oh and i smell fuel bad most of the time. like its running pig rich.

ok nevermind motor just locked up no need now...
