Welcome to TRS...

I would call you but I cant call out of the US.

does the exhaust smell like raw fuel oil or coolant?
Is it a flex fuel?
Any blueish smoke at start up or hard throttle?

You need to do a compression test and a leak down test.

valve seats, head gaskets, piston rings could cause this.

Start out by cleaning the MAF, Then use the scanner to view the cycles of the O2 sensors, sounds like they might be slow reacting. You need to log how many times the 02's cycle in a given time period, (change in voltage), I know from past experience with my truck that I had no codes but really poor mileage & the 02's were only changing (cycling) about 4 times per 15 seconds, the new 02's were cycling at 9-10 times / 15 seconds, mileage increased almost 30% after the change of 02's, of course this was an increase seen from the decrease due to slow 02's.

ok i will do the MAF cleaning and I will have to check on those o2's but there is nowhere I can find out what the actual reading is suppose to be to figure out how to find the problem damn, anyways I will try that, and the compression test

there is no smoke, no smell,
but the throttle is heavy to press

In your case a number from an 02 is not important, there not setting codes, so they are still working. What is important is how many times it cycles in a given time period, if you dont see 5-6 changes in a 10 second cycle they are slow to react and can have adverse affects on performance and mileage. You should be able to data log with the scanner and then read the results, I would data log with the truck cruising on the highway at 55 - 60 mph and see what you get.

If the throttle is hard to depress more than likely you have a throttle cable issue, binding, frayed, kinked etc.

for the cable I will try the zip tie fix and see what that does

The zip tie fix only removes slack from the cable, If you remove the air intake from the throttle body and have someone watch the throttle plate (engine not running) If the plate opens fully when you depress the gas pedal to the floor you dont need the zip ties, all this is, is a fix for a stretched cable, not going to help if your experiencing sticking or a stiff pedal.

ok will do that also tomorrow is the day since it is day off and I will report back, but can only do the simple stuff cause I do not have a scanner or a compression tester

ok here is the update, I cleaned the MAF and there was nothing on it and as far as the flap goes in the throttle body it opens fully and I still have the same old stuff any other suggestions, and also I noticed a little whine when you start off at a light or stand still
