need cam info

i am interested in a cam for my 4.0 ohv engine can anyone tell me what i should expect hp/torque also i drive this truck mostly on the road with some offroading. what kind of gas mileage is this gonna put me at...is it worth the cost? thanks

I don't think it is worth the effort. It's a lot of trouble to install a new camshaft. Specially for simple daily driving. You won't see much improvement over a good running stock camshaft.
