So last week I skid out of control along an icy road and wound up bending over a small tree. I don't think the damage to the truck is too bad and I was hoping I could get some general advice on fixing this myself and the parts I would for sure need. Also are there any cheap upgrade options associated with this type of repair, like for the grille/bumper/lights?
This is my 01 Ranger after the accident.

You can see the U shaped steel beam, which I'm assuming is for a winch, is bent inward so I'm a little worried the brackets might be bent as well. The ends of the bumper are also sticking out on both sides which worry's me.
Also I can't for the life of me figure out this part oem #.

I'm guessing its to protect the radiator from general weather conditions. Its the only part that I found on the ground at the time of the accident
I broke my ankle at work so can't do much myself so I am in no hurry to get this fixed, after all it is drivable.
Thanks for any help in advance,
Tony
One more question is do you think part legit and not garbage? It would seem to be a very cheap and easy fix.

The same exact part from a manufacturer with very similar web design is selling it for 140$ more at this website.

What sites are generally considered reputable for selling quality OE parts? The only place I have found for OEM bumpers is Napa and they want 250$.
