need a little help

[Ranger Sport Honduras]

Well as some of u guys know, i have plans for a SAS on my truck next year.

what i have in mind:
*Dana 30 with 4.10 gears from a cherokee either vaccum activated or live axle(i dont need another axle arguement, so leave it alone)
*31" tires
*im going with coil springs and stock jeep arms and go from those, either to build my own or modify those
*since my 2.5 is almost the same as the 2.3 lima engine, i want a (93-97)4cyl 4wd Ranger M5OD with the manual borg warner 1354 t case. and drive shafts
*97 or older Ranger steering box.

so i know this friend who imports parts from the US, but in order to find the specific part, he needs the VIN number. i wont order the parts right now, but i need to knwo whats the cost of ordering the parts with him, so i can save up or dig around here(i doubt it).
my other option would be asking my cousin who lives in the States to help me on this. But i want to try it with my friend first.

so, someone would like to send me a 4wd 4 cyl Ranger VIN, so he can look for the transmission i need? a pm would be best.
and i would need a cherokee VIN for the axle, from a Cherokee that had 4.10 gears , according to what ive read those are found in: manual transmission, V6; automatic transmission, I4 engine.
i guess u could get a VIN from a totalled truck or something.

By the way, my ex girlfriend's family was trying to sell her uncle's Cherokee 4x4 for only a couple hundred bucks. Wish you had thought of this scheme a month ago before she left me!

The D30 will be a fine axle for what you are using it for. But I will say don't get a CAD axle. They are extremely problematic, just like our PVH. You will be glad you avoided it. I'll admit to you I'm also a Cherokee guy so that is something from expertise.

well my cousin has one with the CAD axle, and it has worked fine since he got it(like 15 years ago lol) he has worked on 3 more with it, really abused, and it worked fine on all of them. i would like to be able to engane low gear without using the front axle. but ill keep your advice in mind
