Need a 94 connecting rod

Hi all,
I have my 1994 4.0 on the engine stand and the pistons out. Everything is checking out to spec, but I have a bent connecting rod that needs replacing.

Can anyone suggest a good source for a single rod of the same vintage? (for same weight)

All I could find on a google search was for connecting rod bearings, which I will install as well.

I'm not sure where to get the rod, but while your in there do the piston rings and crosshatch the cylinders.

Yes, I intend to. I just need one connecting rod to get-a-move-on. I have one from a newer year. I'm thinking of making it weigh the same as the others and I think it should work. I have a correct new piston.
