need '83 exhaust heat shroud

I have a stock 1983 2.8 liter v-6 I am trying to restore stock. I need the exhaust manifold heat shroud for the carburator pre-heater tube. Anyone know where I can get one? - If not, what can I do about running in weather below 40 degrees?
