Name that video game

I thought it would be cool to start a name that game thread. What you have to do is give a vague description of a game without completely giving it away and see if people can guess it. Example: Short fat dude with a mustache swinging a hammer around and trying to save a blonde chick and beat up a primate = Donkey Kong. OK now lets give it a go: A Wily character fighting some blue guy and his red dog.

I have 2 for this one and see who gets this right..
1_In Kenji's Journey to stop the lotus clan( hard if never played it)
2_A criminal is forced to kill in order not to be hunted himself (easy)

Megaman is correct. Yeah list any game you want. Not sure about #1 but is 2 Manhunt?

Wouldn't screenshots make it more interesting? Then we can prove we aren't making up some none existent game that nobody will ever guess.
