Name that part.

On my son's Ranger the fuse box is accessed by pullin the heavy wire ring at the bottom of the dash. What is that part that makes the fuse box drop and hang. His is screwed-up and we need to replace it. Thanks Ken N.

Or drop-down fuse panel...if you specify the year it should be obvious to whomever you are purchasing this from...if it's specific to one model year of Ranger then it will be even easier to nail down the part...
