Name for part that seat rails bolt to at front of seat rails -- 92 regular cab xlt 2wd??

What is the name for the metal panel that the fronts of the seat rails bolt to? I'm replacing rusty floor pans, but the pans do not include the threaded bosses that the fronts of the seat rails bolt to. The metal panel that the fronts of the seat rails bolt to appears to be tack welded to the section of the floor pan that starts at the front of the seats and continues under the seats. Is this part available, or will I need to have a body shop fabricate new metal? If I replace my floor pans, I can put the seats back in with the backs of the two rails bolted to the floor, but the passenger seat's front rails won't be bolted to the floor since that panel I'm looking for with the threaded boss for the seat rail bolts is rusted out. In the worst case scenario, if I can't buy that panel and I put the passenger seat in with the seat rails only bolted in the back and with the front of the passenger seat rails just sitting on the floor pan, is that a bad safety issue? The seat belts are not attached to the seats but instead are firmly bolted to the floor, and the floor pan areas where the seat belts are bolted are not rusted at all.

I don't have a name for you. I would do the best I can to make sure the front bolts down, mainly important if someone rear ends you. That said, I've done far worse than not bolting down front of seats...

I think if I was doing it, I would weld on an extra layer of metal under the floor pan in that area. Then put the seats in position, mark where the holes need to be. Pull the seats out. Drill the holes. Then weld new nuts (grade 8, or at least grade 5) on the bottom of it all. Voila. Prime, paint, carpet and install seats.
