NO, but the grade of steel this thing is made of is super strong. I use it to clean grease from under my fingernails more than anything, but if I need to pry something small out of a tight spot, I go for that little thing. It's come in handy a time or two.

I picked this up somewhere. Its says stainless steel on one handle and has 362 stamped on the inside of the handle. Have no idea what it is....

Since it's Stainless, I would say it looks like some kind of "punch tool" that possibly makes a little "notch" in sheetmetal. For what? IDK
