My truck...

Me likey. What's wrong with un-lifted and stock? I like mine like that.

Not a single thing if thats what you like. Why not at least level it out though? My truck doesnt ride any different with the mild t-bar crank I did.

Each time i talk to a shop about crankin the t-bars, they advise me not to, because it will throw my alignent way off and ill burn through tires fast.... ??

Just do it at home and bring it in for an alignment. I have 45,xxx plus miles on my truck and my tires wear perfectly.
Jack the front end up, get the correct socket (13mm iirc) and a long handled ratchet and turn the adjustment bolts in an equal amount of turns on each side. I went 5.5 turns on mine and it was level. Bring it in for an alignment and forget about it.

Well, just got back from the shop to see about crankin the torsion bars...

Was quoted 60 dollars before i got there.

After they got my truck on the lift they told me a few things..

1. Cranking my torsion bars would not even level my truck, without installing keys.
2. They could not realign my truck after the lift without installing a camber kit.

So basically, a 60 dollar job turned into a 225 dollar job.... hell no!

Bro, try another place...call around and see aabout that alignment. You can crank you bars yourself. Don't crank them too much. Use the Search Function on this site about cranking them. Lots of post on it. Good luck.

They said there was only a half inch or less of bolt that they could turn, and even tightened all the way down there way no way it would even come close to level...
