I have been mostly lurking here for the past few months and figure it's time to post a few pics of my truck. This is my basically stock 2008 FX4, but eventually I'll get some things done to it. New tires and rims will be the first of many things to come.

THese were taken shiny from the Ford Dealer, back in March. Just off the side of the highway near town.

nice truck! what do you have planned for it after tires and wheels?

I'd like to put grill guard/winch mount on it, but nobody sells one yet, aside from that probably lift it a little bit. It's mostly a daily driver so till It's paid off and I buy another daily driver, my plans are not too big for this one aside from tires and small lift. Probably a light bar eventually too.

Front end looks better with the bug deflector and grill lights

So far I have added my tool box and bed mat, I'll get a spray in in the spring. Just didn't have time to do it this summer.

I mostly bought my truck to go places like this.

To do this.

Nice... Are those small blue dots lights? Any shots of it at night. Wish I had places like that around here to go to, looks like fun.

Yes the blue dots are lights, just some small cheapy driving lights I had laying around. I have them angled outwards so as to light up the ditches quite well to spot moose on the highway better. THey project almost a pencil type beam so I have them set up to point towards the ditches out about 50 yards. The other lights are a set of 55w Blazer Driving lights.

I added my lights for better distance and periferal lighting for on the highway or out in the bush at night. JUst too many critters around here to wreck my new truck if I don't see em.

I don't have any night pictures of it yet, just never seem to take the camera out with me places very ofton. I figure I'll add the light bar eventually and throw on some rear facing flood pattern lights as well which would come in handy, would be great as work lights when loading up fishing gear at the lake late at night.

I figure the bar will probably be after new wheels and tires, rear shackle lift and Tbar crank.

The blues are only temporary, till I find something better. I just had em laying around and had originally planed on 4 of the blazer driving lights but they didin't have any left when I went back for a second set.
