So I was at the auto part store yesterday and I was pulling into a parking spot and could see my truck in the reflection of the store window and when I would push on the brake the parking lights come on and so do the back lights on my cluster but when I let off the break they go off. What do you guys think it is and has anyone ever had that problem?

Well its obviously a wiring problem. I would say that your brakes lights hooked into your parking lights or something. I really don't know.

First, check all lighting circuits and see if the work properly, bulbs nice and bright, etc. You may find a bad bulb, or bulb ground. Because of parallel wiring, when a bulb/circuit loses ground, or a bulb opens up, it will use the other bulbs/circuits for the missing ground. Can be a bitch at times.
I would start with the brake lights, and I assume you were backing into the parking place, so I would look at the back up light circuit also. shady

I am going to +1 a ground or a bad connection in one of the connectors.
