My Son-in-Law needs help!

God can pull your son from the grave DG...but at that point it will be pretty much over for all of us and we can only hope that we have a friend in Jesus to help us through to the Kingdom.

While on this side of Heaven we can only do what we can to keep ourselves strong in the faith and to trust God...

I've often hoped God would pull the ones I love over to me, but it's gonna have to be the other way around...physically...spiritually they are right there with me...and all I have to do is think of them, thank God for taking care of them, and I see them as being in my life again...but my human mind is stubborn enough to think that death has separated us...

It can't...because anything is possible with God...if we just believe...

EXACTLY.........again!

DG ,I dont pray, but I meditate on stuff a lot. My job is 99.9% driving . Lately , I have been shutting off the tunes and just thinking about things.

I have lived a blessed life. I came to that realization whilst getting poisoned by chemo during my medical adventures. Embrace what you have, don't waste too much time on stuff you can't change. Stay strong and work toward the light. Look for happy things.

EXACTLY.........some more!

Prayer/meditation......often I turn off the tunes & roll down the windows ("Man cannot live on A/C alone.") while I'm driving....to calm down/to think/to consider....

Currently AC-less in the cars. I just set the sunroof on vent. Rat wasn't optioned with it. I can get a good breeze going by playing with the sliding RW. Do the 36 Fords have a venting windshield like the Model A? My '47 GMC pickup did. :D

I bought a cab with a sealed windshield (already owned one with the crank-out windshield)

Son in law has done lost the 20 pounds again since the strong chemo has been re-started.......he gets another dose of it tomorrow.

So he had a big seafood dinner today....well....he ORDERED a dinner--had to take most of it home after a few bites (nausea  )

Sad to hear that DG. Was hoping for some good news.

He'll have another PT ? scan done in a couple weeks to see if the strong chemo is keeping the growths from getting any larger...

The good news is......his liver is still functioning just like it's supposed to even though it's covered with all the C-garbage.

(I started about 2 months ago, taking the herb treatment because of all the stuff that is wrong with me from being exposed to Agent Orange. Cinnamon/Ginger herb/Baking soda/Unprocessed Honey all mixed together in a cup of hot water.....the Skin Cancer on both sides of my face is about GONE......Go Figure... my friends and relatives have noticed and said something about it.....I have a scheduled appointment with the V.A. soon to have it burned (frozen off the sides of my face)...I'm gonna see what their comments are---of course I WON'T tell them what I've been mixing up!

Glad that's been helping. My brother has Parkinson's from Agent Orange.

Well....S.I.L. felt barely good enough to go to the Florida beaches last week...
His legs got fried even though he was under an umbrella the first day...

It took him 2 days before he could walk--that chemo stuff sure is sensitive to sunlight...

He had another scan of his liver done...a few bad spots got slightly bigger....

Which means................More chemo!

Well................Son in law was off balance from the chemo and fell down...they are x-raying him to see if his pelvis is cracked or broken...

tomorrow they might do another PT scan...we'll bring him to the doctor Thursday to get all the results one way ore the other

It's been 1 year since he had his first round of surgery and chemo.......

Have been and will keep on praying for him.

And maybe a shot of lemon juice...not sure if he's tried it but at this point it couldn't hurt...other than burning on the way out if he is still having nausea...

Sending some more prayers for your SIL...a miracle or two would help a bit here Lord!
