My Ranger won't start

My 1994 Ranger would only start when engine is cold. Battery is good, got juice. The engine will crank slowly and then nothing. Now it won't start cold either. Don't think it's the starter, because, like I said, it will turn over a little when I try to start it. Before, it wouldn't start when engine was warm, but an hour later it would start right up. Now, it won't even start cold. Any ideas?

How's the battery?

Could also be your fuel pump is shot.
I replaced mine in my 94 back several years ago.
Do you hear the whirring sound from the pump when you turn the truck over?
Is it possible the check the fuel pressure at the shrader valve under the hood on the fuel rail?

Btw,it could also be the crank position sensor as well.
I've had issue with them working and failing during different weather conditions.
Pull some codes. Go on youtube and look at how to pull codes on a 94 ranger.
It simply involves a paperclip a note pad and a working check engine light.
Good luck.

It does read like a starter motor issue.

When starter is warmer is needs more current to turn, this is an electric motor thing.
Because it turned engine slowly cold meant the motor's current draw was right at the edge of the batteries capacity.
When warm it was drawing above what battery could provide.

Battery cables can act the same if corroded, remove each, from + battery to starter, and clean, look under the insulation a bit at each cable end for corrosion.
Check - cable from battery to Block as well

Test battery voltage.
12.3volts or higher is what you want to see
12.2volts or under means battery needs to be changed

If possible jump start engine and make sure battery voltage is 13.5volts or higher with engine idling, if lower alternator is not working correctly.
