My Ranger got featured on TFL classics!

You just forgot to give a shout out to TRS...

It is a cool truck... I would have bought it too. I fear @PetroleumJunkie412 might be bending your ear a bit about your 2.9L viewpoint.

HAHAHA no he isn't. As a 2.9 owner I hate the 2.9. Yes it has good low end torque but it ticks like a spotwatch and it somehow feels like its always about to blow up. To be fair the 3.0 is no less of a boat anchor than the 2.9 tho...

Congratulations! I was just about to check it out.

To the right person your truck will still fetch a premium but wont make you rich off of it. Straiten out the drive train issues and you should see a big boost in its value. Being that not many were produced this will allow the value to be higher than say my 94 ranger where they were mass produced for years for both commercial and privet use.

I love the graphics and stance on your truck. Great find.

Thanks I appreciate it. I don't care about the value of the truck at all because I certainly never plan on selling it. Someday when I'm old I'll be able to drive my high school truck and that's priceless. Maybe if the drivetrain ever has anything catastrophic happen it will give me an excuse to attempt the 302 swap.

The truck looks to be in great shape over all. Congrats on the video submission.

I love how the "GT" package is just graphics and plastic grounds effects instead of a better engine with a 5 speed..... "That'll make it look fast but not actually be fast and we'll only charge them double since it says GT and people associate GT with speed" says the ford engineers back in '88.

I like the way it looks and sits.... Wish you would have started it up in the video though since you said the exhaust was loud.

Dude. They left the coolant passages of their engines full of sand and casting clay. I don't think any of us can comprehend how much cocaine was flowing through Detroit in the 80s. I certainly did not, at least.

Racing stripes and body kits from the factory on an otherwise run of the mill truck who's engine is filled with debris left from manufacturing is what happens when you put your entire company on a Tony Montana sized pile of cocaine. All these things make gofasts. Just ask anyone with a Honda, duh.
