Shane I went with a a9p with a superchips add on, hoping to pickup a Anderson pms. Going to run 24# injectors. And thanks for that t moss thread that's perfect!!! I'm about to combine a ranger mustang and expo harness much like Teddyzee did.

The A9P is a bit more aggressive on the timing curve from the factory, so it's a great choice. Adding a Superchips module will be awesome! Mine has an A9L, and I'd like to throw an A9P in there and see what happens.

From what I know it is so minimal its barely noticeable. And if I get the Anderson I wont need the superchips

True. Most of the difference is off idle. Here's a comparison of spark advance between the A9L, A9P, and the X3Z (93 Cobra ECU).

Little update.

Just ordered flowmaster 50 series slims, the u make it kit with an h-pipe, all new 02's, 1 inch spacer for the intake, 24# injectors, rest of my engine harness, and a couple other goodies

Still need my wideband and moates qh /be. New fuel pump. Body mount bolts. Paint engine bay. Then to actually install everything.

Box off and awful body lift out

****ty old exhaust gone and now out for good

Old.sending unit and original ranger pump out.
255lph pump in. Pump is for.a fox body Mustang and mounted in there like it was made for it! Same.size and everything

Tada! !!

And started test fitting the cobra intake and 1 inch spacer

Tonights plan is to mount the traction bars

Guess I could give an update since some good progress has been made...
Intake painted, firewall painted, rolled rockers in and shimmed

All new exhaust!

My gorgeous corsa tips

Lowered! No strip and no wheel moldings!

New steeds tri ax installed and hurst boost in an escort console mach up

Roll pans been ordered. Interior back together this weekend as well as painting the exhaust and start wiring.

Enjoyed reading through your build. Dig the rig too. I have bullitts on my 91', LoVE ThE LooK! Wait till its sitting lower, so clean how they fit trim with the body. Stoked to be doing a project like this with your dad. Talked about doing this with my dad since I was in elementary school. I live in Hawaii now and he lives in Delaware. Give thanks for having him to help you with such a sick project. Nice body work too, how difficult was it to match the paint? Mines baby blue (slightly metallic) and Id love to make it shine like yours. I think the factory colors look good, and definitely don't ditch the pin stripes, they're classic! I have 7 red pinstripes on mine that are fading and Id like to have redone. Cant wait to see more updates from you. Here's to TRS! Aloha

Hey thanks alot for all the kind words! Its def nice having the old man around. But missing alot.of.updates the truck now has 18x10.5and and 18x9 anthracite fr500's on it and engine bay has been stripped and painted. And.next week start s push to get it going! And paint match wasn't overly hard. Thanks again

And i now plan to order a 3/4 drop in next couple weeks. Time for me to get serious with this thing.
