I'm going to pick it up tomorrow.

1996 F-150 XLT 4x4 Supercab, 5.0 v8, auto, 8' bed, power everything, dual fuel tanks. And it's my favorite color on a ford.

Nice ride. Mine is a different color, but everything else is the same.

I put manual lock outs on mine.

Since my son wants mine in 6ys (he'll get his licence) i though about buying a spare engine and tranny, just in case.

it's got 184k on it, but it still runs great. The owner is the XO of one of the other squadrons on base, and he's got every receipt for all the maintenance done on it since it left the dealership.

Yup, you always want to buy from a guy who has all the receipts! Those guys are usually anal about thier maintenance and never let things get bad before they're replaced. Nice truck!
