My new to me 88 ranger xlt 4x4

Got it running but a little rough and hot but for a steal (I believe) of only $1,800.

I got a new motor and gonna rebuild the tranny. The Tcase needs some freshening up as well but in good condition.

All in all this truck is about 85-90% good condition and for under $6k I'll have a like new 1988 ranger 4x4!

Just having a rust free body is worth $1800 IMO.

Not only is it rust free but the body is straight as an arrow with the exception of 2 dings on driver side that can be PDR'ed. Interior is just as good, the steering wheel had a cover on it from probably brand new and when I took it off it looks as good as a new still. It also previously had a 2" lift installed just found out today.

And you have dual tanks, very nice, my ext cab has single tank.

Kind of wish I only had a single...

I may even remove the rear as even the front had nasty rotten gas from sitting for 3 or 4 years. 2 takes may come in handy when going camping though....
