it is a level 2... in 2002, the fx4 off road package was the same as the level 2 in the coming years.

What is the difference between level I and II

Is there a level II in 2002? How do I know which level mine is?

I thought II's had a decal under the FX4

LOL, no actually a small used dealer near me had it, but it doesn't look like its ever been "Offroad". Skid plates have no marks on them, I am going to get under it an really clean the frame on it next since here in New England it doesn't matter what you have it rusts and where these trucks melt from the inside out, it does have some cleaning necessary to keep it nice.

What is the difference between level I and II

Is there a level II in 2002? How do I know which level mine is?

There was no level II in 2002. The 2002 FX4 is the same as the Level II which started in 2003. In 2003 the Level I was equivalent to the standard Off-Road prior to 2003. Actually they are not called Level I, just FX4.
