My New job with goodyear

I started my new job with goodyear on the 19th, and i love it, im basicially a lube tech, but i do do brakes and suspension and steering to, i live it, thats why i have not been on here as much lately, but now im back in school(which sucks, except for my auto tech class) and i can be on here more.

Thanks, i really enjoy working now, before when i worked at a golf course, i hated going to work everyday, but now i enjoy it a lot

Congrats man, I use to work there for a few weeks over the summer. I was working 2 jobs about 30+ hours each a week. Both jobs with the same pay of $8 an hour then my other job ask's if I'll be an assissitant manager for $500 a week. So I quit goodyear only to realize that I made the wrong choice. None the less, good luck there and congrats once again.

So heres a question, how long does it take for you to do an oil change on a 5qt system?

20min if that, but you also have to get tire depths, put correct tire pressure in all tires plus spare(if accessible) check air filter

Yep, gotta love doing all those little checks than the actual oil change.

Ususally with me, its 20-35mins. 5mins is just setting up the lift. My shop doesn't have a drive on lift but a 2 post 4-point lift. So gotta make sure I get it right.
