Well, it's time to retire the Ranger as my daily driver and step into something a little more practical for my daily commute. I will be keeping the Ranger as far as I know, unless something major comes up.

2003 Subaru WRX 2.0T 5 speed manual. Completely stock and well maintained. I'm very excited to say the least!:D

Wow man, That is quite a formidable machine.... Best of luck with it! Are you going to mod it at all?

My manager when I worked at Best Buy had one in black and he drove the hell outta it. Love em, sweet car!

want so badddddd

Hehe, thanks guys. I'm wicked excited. I talked the guy down to $8900 because there were some VERY minor dings on the rear passenger door.

I drove it and fell in love with it. Plus I know how to work on them (used to do timing belts and clutches all day long on them when I was in high school).

It will be getting some stock friendly mods. First are new transmission, differential, motor bushings good enough for racing, along with a short throw shifter and rebuildable bushing kit. Then I'll look at flashing the ECU and eventually put in an ATC street clutch along with some better struts.

Yes that is a sweet ride. I fell in love with the Subura Baja. But the Ranger will always stay true to me.

Haha I got rid of my Impreza for my Ranger :D

Although I still want a bugeye scooby with an ej257 swap so so so bad...

What! you got one that cheap! with only minor dings! God Damn do I live in the wrong place to get subi's I probably couldn't even pick up a high miles one for less than 10K even if they ripped the bumpers off (Everyone LOVES awd, basicly AWD + Alaska = Add 5 grand to the price!):thefinger:

Thats an awsome car! your gonna have fun with it. :icon_thumby:

Yeah, Subi's command a high price here too (New England) cuz of the snow. I haggled the guy pretty well.

I'm SO excited!!! Gonna pick it up saturday.
