My mazdur

Not a fan, 4.OBD2? haha. I thought about painting it black, but I'd like to keep it original. Also working on some Auxillary lights on top.
Quick Q about that:
How do I wire them up?

Quick pic whore :icon_hornsup:

Then when the sun comes up I'll post pics of my exploder seats i just installed :yahoo:

Finally found some explorer buckets at the pick and pull that weren't ruined:

(pic is from my phone)

They give me more head and leg room surprisingly, and they recline alot, even when they're pushed all the way back :headbang:

Next up is the center console, but that won't be for a few months

Glad to hear that the seats are comfy. Looks like you did a professional installation job-

sorry i missed this, but i'm not a fan of it.. MAYBE if it was black lol.. but hey, its your truck. maybe if its black and the truck is lifted or something. but right now it just doesn't seem to fit the truck.

and you wire it w/ an aux wiring kit. a relay'ed kit!!! you can make your own or just buy a kit. they aint that expensive.

Thanks for the tip 4.0BD2. And a lift is definately in the future plans for this rig, its just that the price of that light bar was too good to Pass up haha.

And thanks det107!

So I decided to paint the roll bar black

kinda hard to see the top cuz of the sun

The other day at the movies I saw a 94 or 93 b2300. I've only seen a handful of mazdas in my town so I had to park next to it and take a pic lol

alright. see i like the black..

Sweet looking truck. One other improvement you could make to it is getting a leveling kit. It look bad ass IMO and you might be able to shove 265's under her.:icon_thumby:

Even though my truck's a 2wd, I still like to wheel it every once in a while. nothin major, mostly just foolin around with some friends. So the other day I removed the front sway bar and I have to say, it's way better off road now, and there is only slightly more body roll on road, but definately manageable.

I learned to drive stick on my grandparents' 94 2wd toyota pickup 4 cyl, and I tried to wheel it, but it had troubles tackling the smallest of obstacles. the mazda's stock capabilities far exceeded that of the yota's, and that was before I ditched my highway tires for some aggressive all terrains.

This mazda is a great truck, and it hasn't let me down off road before.
the only complaint I would have is the terrible lack of power on road but once i'm on the trails, its got plenty of tourque to pull me up some gnarly stuff
:icon_cheers:

I'd put a 4.0 in that. More than enough power for that little truck. Not only that, the swap would be easier as the engine would bolt in and the harness swap would be easy. Trust me on this one. I have a 4.0 in my supercab and my truck is a hell of a lot heavier than yours and my truck goes pretty fast. I can only imagine what my engine could do in a standard cab with a short box.

You truck looks good now, after installing a leveling kit, it should get even better.
