I took an independent study in microcontrollers with concentration in robotics at college this past semester. I bought a remote control airsoft tank for the chassis and removed everything but the motors. I designed, built, and programmed the whole thing. (Motor controller with speed controls and motherboard). It uses 3 microcontrollers, 1 for the robot's brain, one for the LEDs, and 1 for the servos (didn't get that programmed yet). The servos will elevate the front and rear sonar sensors and rotate the left and right sonar sensors. After approx. 216 hours, i got the robot to roam around and steer away from things. Let me know what you think and any suggestions you may have.
