just did some measuring and it looks to be a 3 inch lift but still not sure what brand..its powdercoated red under the black paint...skyjacker maybe?

yea thats a possibility, never seen radius arms like this so i :dunno:

its super life or skyjacker the radius arms are the arm give away. so its a good lift. how much did you pay for it?

i was hopeful that there would be some gears or lockers in the diffs but they were both factory open diffs...guess ill have to keep my eyes open for another

Mine turned out to be junk (weak). You can reinforce the axle pivot brackets and build a pretty nice suspension around those though (those are the only two parts I still have from my old lift (oh and the rear AALs too), everything else was too weak or of too poor design to be worth bothering further with). Sorry for the bad news.

i noticed the pivit brackets already had some braces welded in...what can i do to help the arms? do some more bracing?

If you want to keep those arms, probably weld a long vertical gusset out of ¼" plate along the top of them to strengthen the tube where it goes into the main structure of the arm (this is particularly important on the driverside arm).
You'd be far better off building a set of your own arms out of your old stockers though. Those Rancho arms suck donkey dung when it comes to tire clearance as well (even my original stock tires rubbed HARD on them). I can see some attempt has already been made on the arms in your pics to try to help with tire clearance too, unfortunately it doesn't really help a whole lot.
